We are pleased to announce that we are going to throw twice as many Glitch events!
Details are everything, though, so please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the specifics.
For the rest of the year, we will be alternating where we host events. Half of the months will be held at the Maritime Labour Centre located at 1880 Triumph Street and the other half will be held at the Anza Club located at 3 West 8th Avenue. When we post events, we will differentiate them by calling the events Glitch Anza and Glitch MLC, respectively.

As these venues are VERY different in terms of size and available amenities, we've created a cheat sheet that highlights the major difference and which you can easily reference.

Specifics for Glitch Anza
- the location has a bar, so Glitch Anza is not a dry event
- the maximum capacity of the venue is 100 which is why tickets are ONLY sold online and in advance for Glitch Anza
- there are 10 play stations available at Glitch Anza, one of which is a suspension frame for rope scenes
- tickets are only available online, to be purchased in advance; there will never be tickets available at the door for Glitch Anza
- the venue used for Glitch Anza is not accessible. There are several steps to get into the venue and the bathrooms are down a flight of stairs
- washrooms at Glitch Anza are gendered due to the fact that the washrooms are shared with the club below
Specifics for Glitch MLC
- Glitch MLC is a dry event
- the maximum capacity of the venue is approximately 300 but we are capping attendance at 200
- the first 150 tickets are available for sale online; 50 will be available for purchase at the door. Cash, debit and credit cards are all accepted at the door
- Glitch MLC will have 25+ play stations, with at least 6 rope stations
- the venue used for Glitch MLC is an accessible venue
washrooms at Glitch MLC are gender neutral
- complimentary bottled water and light snacks will be provided, on a first come first serve basis. When they are gone, they're gone!
- a water cooler will also be available all night long, but you'll need to bring your own cup as there are none on site
