Catered fried brocoli, fried cauliflower, a partially stuffed salad and 3 cheese stuffed mushrooms to my Bridal shower. I wasn't suppose to do anything but I had to have more than one vegetarian dish on the menue. Vegetarians don't want to eat just a side salad. We want a meal.

I like experimenting with different ways to cook mushrooms. Today I made air fried stuffed mushrooms. Simply Delicious.

It's a process being a vegetarian. I once had potatoes on the side. Carbs can fatten up a Vegetarian. I now add more vegetables to my egg white spinach omelet. It was just an old habit that needed to be broken. We are also conditioned in the USA to pack on the carbs.

Egg White spinach omelet topped with sliced advocados and mushrooms on the side is absolutely my favorite. Afterwards, sipping on hot water with sliced lemons is better than having coffee with all the sugar and creme. OK if you need a little honey in the water add it but not much.
