Dear applicants,
For those who are having interviews today (Friday), the entrance will be through gate 1 only.

Ushers interviews will be held in C5.204, C5.205, C5.206, C5.208.

Please make sure to wear a face mask for safety precautions as anyone without a face mask will not be able to attend the interview.

NB: Anyone who didn’t fill the google form for any team will NOT be able to have an interview.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications for applying as ushers will be posted Tuesday 21/9/2021 at 4:00 PM.
N.B: Interviews will take place on the coming Thursday through Sunday, interview slots are limited.

Teams' Descriptions:

Welcoming: Responsible for greeting, registering, and distributing the packages among the newcomers, also providing them with a tour around the campus with the shuttle bus.

Seating: Responsible for the seating area of the event and stability of the audience flow over the area, also responsible for the gates of that area.

Information Center: Responsible for answering the parents' questions and any other relevant questions.

HR: Responsible for tracking the performance of all teams' ushers.

This year we only have 4 teams, welcoming, seating, info center and HR. There will be only one application form for all Team leaders however each position has a limited number of interviews.
The Team leaders’ application form will be posted exactly at 3 pm, be ready!
