Fully launched over
This has been a mini project I’ve been working on for over half a year now to expand our network to offer some more affordable floral options for couples.
We launched four different rental collections that can also be customized if you wanted to add in small pops of another color. Each of our collections can also be bundled with special packages that include fresh personals to make the process more seamless.
We will be running some special promotions to get the word out this year and would love your support! As always thank you for supporting our team and we can’t wait to help out even more couples!

This invitation suite may not mean anything to you but it means a lot to me for a series of reasons.
It took us a WHOLE loop to get to this place in the invite process but I should have listened to my intuition. We originally locked in a different design that we thought was a balance between something colorful that our groom loved and something neutral that our bride loved.
It seems we were in a circle of trying to ensure our partner was happy and not ourselves. With every couple I work with I continuously remind my couples that it’s ok to not like something, my feelings won’t be hurt! As much as we try to combine our couples likes and desires there is always the perfect middle ground and that ultimately is our goal to find.
Lesson learned here that I should’ve spoken up as I sensed she wasn’t 100% happy but assumed it was because of her work schedule. Changes were made as soon as possible and crisis adverted but my dream world would have been to not have this happen.
I’m sure we can laugh at it now but this is a reminder that my process has this closeness for this reason and that I shouldn’t ever doubt my own intuition with my couples. We aren’t perfect but we strive to give the best experience and hope for this for all of our couples.

Presenting Mr. & Mrs. Snugggg from the Palm Springs Desert!! G+M’s day was filled with vibrant colors, amazing people, a lot of wind but an absolutely sickening time!!
These two have officially won the title of most active dancefloor of 2024, hands down. We cannot wait to share more of the dreamy details of this day 😎

How lucky is it for us to work together not once but twice!
Currently reminiscing on the memory of celebrating two weddings with Bree & Elliot as they celebrate their 3 year anniversary. These two humans and their incredible families will forever hold a special place in my heart. Not only did I get to plan two totally different weddings for them but they gave me FULL creative reign both times and it was truly such an honor.
To have any couple trust me enough to plan their day is already such a special moment but being able to fully design two surprise wedding concepts? That’s unheard of.
I will never forget this special bond we’ve created together. From the crazy pandemic microwedding, the photographer snafu, the foot washing with the bubble gun fights, sharing our Chartreuse moments, Elliot’s incredible athleticism and Bree’s insane artistic talent. We’ve shared 3 years of a journey together and I would not have wanted to experience that with anyone else!

Controversial take: getting ready on your wedding day is so much better doing it with your partner.
These were some of the sweet getting ready moments we ever got to witness and while I know few will do it. This day felt so so special for N&S because of it.

Two film lovers fall in love, it’s only right to use that knowledge to make something unique!
We curated this custom theater like display with of Zoe + Neil’s favorite movies. Guests names were printed on acrylic ticket keepsakes with their table assignments being specific auditoriums. Before finding their seats they were able to grab a custom popcorn basket to “view the show.” Once at their seats they were paired with their own classic film reel at each table.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing my couples reaction to seeing any aspect of their day after working together for almost a year. When you let creatives do their thing, you’ll always get something magical ✨
Pro-tip, schedule time with your photographer to take photos in your ceremony space after your first look. A lot of times the flowers get repurposed and this is your only chance to get THAT shot.
And if you want to make it even better, have your officiant stand off to the side for zero uninterrupted photos. Trust me you won’t regret it.

The time we had this crazy idea to have make an Amaranthus hair bow.
Bridal doesn’t have to be full glam, it just has to be you. We loved that our bride went with a vintage gown, no make up and wore a floral hair bow. I literally did her hair 30 minutes before the ceremony and it was just perfectly her.

One of my absolute setups we’ve ever done for the .co audio guestbook. Instead of just leaving a voicemail, step into our phone booth throughout the evening and leave your boozy confessionals 😏

Unique things we did for two humans I have grown to love so dearly!!
- Created a custom craps table seating chart because one of their first dates was in Vegas playing craps
- designed a monochromatic mixed media winter wedding
- hired a live painter
- had a 360 degree ceremony
- brought in lion dancers to entertain guests before dinner
- had unique florals and incorporated stones, branches and other textural components
- did a non boring “Shut Up and Dance with Us” neon sign which became the focal point of our dancefloor
I’m so lucky to have crossed paths with these two and now get to be a auntie to their lil nugget!! 🤍

Boy oh boy has this month been the month for inquiries. I’ve had some consultations this month that got me thinking about how proud I am for staying true to myself and the planning experience I want for my couples.
Someone asked me recently “what is it about your service that is different than other planners” and all I could say is that there probably isn’t much difference in terms of planning but you’re never going to be working with ME or my team.
Us Planners get a bad rep enough as it is trying to explain why our services even matter in the first place. A lot of people surprisingly don’t find value in us unless they actually work with us.
I say it all the time but I’ll say it again. I will go to the ends of the earths for my couples. There are so many silent things we do in the background that people would never have a clue of.
This wedding here? My bride DREAMED of having hanging floral strands but the quotes we were getting just did not justify it within their budget. What did I do instead? My team and I spent HOURS stringing together florals and climbing on the tallest ladder ever, even though I’m afraid of heights, just for this surprise reaction here.
Pick the right planner for YOU. Pick the planner that will FIGHT for you. I promise you it will make all the difference.

The darker nights really bring out the emotional feels as the end of wedding season is approaching.
I can’t help but reflect on the idea that somewhere down the line, someone took a chance on me and my team. A hundred weddings later, we somehow made it to this very day.
It’s definitely something to be grateful for. This wedding in particular shifted everything inside of me and I’ll never forget the Cruz’s for that! 🤍

Warming up our feed with B + E’s day, especially now that it’s getting dark at 5pm outside.
Something special that we did for this day was using intentional stationary. At each guest’s seat were varying postcards made from our brides favorite art pieces. The back side had a handwritten note from our couple and then we had a blank card for the guests to write one back, in lieu of a guestbook. Our table numbers were custom wood mailboxes that each guest could then insert their postcard into.
Small details can make a big impact, would you do this for your day?

To all the people who make it feel like home.
For A+C’s seating chart we wanted it to be intentional and memorable, not just functional. We had custom tile coasters made to led guests to their seats to which they found an old Polaroid picture of a memory they shared with either the bride or groom. Seeing all of the guests reactions were so priceless!
Your seating chart can be done simple but we find this is another portion of the day that we can utilize to showcase personalization and thoughtfulness.

We get asked ALL the time if we do backyard weddings and the answer is yes! There are pros and cons to doing it at home but if you work with the right professional there are more pros than cons ☺️

Bringing back the cozier vibes as we very slowly head into the winter season.
There’s something so special about designing these smaller intimate reception dinners. Weddings aren’t just about how they look but the type of experience you give your guests as the guest of honors of the night.
In a sense your guest should feel a part of the event and not just an attendee.

This moment gives me such chills. It feels like it came out of a movie and the pure happiness of S + M’s faces tells me everything I need to hear as a planner. It’s moments like this that I’m reminded of how much of an honor it is to be trusted by people who were once strangers, to allow me to help them celebrate such a huge life milestone. I won’t lie, I’m a little sad our planning process is over too but I lm so happy to have gained two new amazing friends 🤍
Let’s talk about mini lights! (especially because it’s so popular now) 1. Unfortunately, they are not cheap by any means, think thousands :( 2. If your venue doesn’t have a huge install window it may not be possible OR you might have to rent a buy out period for install aka extra $$ 3. These do require some type of mounting structure so if your venue doesn’t have one you will have to create one (yes extra $$🙃) 4. As far as lighting goes if you don’t do enough of them. You won’t have enough light but if you want it over specifically dimmer areas that will work fine. 5. The typical amount of time you would need for install is at minimum 6 hours (so I’ve seen) and can be much longer depending on the area of coverage. The pro is the obvious that it’s insanely gorgeous but of course I want to give you a realistic expectation if this is what you’re looking for! Don’t let this deter you however, you still can selectively do it over special areas!
