This moment gives me such chills. It feels like it came out of a movie and the pure happiness of S + M’s faces tells me everything I need to hear as a planner.
It’s moments like this that I’m reminded of how much of an honor it is to be trusted by people who were once strangers, to allow me to help them celebrate such a huge life milestone. I won’t lie, I’m a little sad our planning process is over too but I lm so happy to have gained two new amazing friends 🤍
Let’s talk about mini lights! (especially because it’s so popular now)
1. Unfortunately, they are not cheap by any means, think thousands :(
2. If your venue doesn’t have a huge install window it may not be possible OR you might have to rent a buy out period for install aka extra $$
3. These do require some type of mounting structure so if your venue doesn’t have one you will have to create one (yes extra $$🙃)
4. As far as lighting goes if you don’t do enough of them. You won’t have enough light but if you want it over specifically dimmer areas that will work fine.
5. The typical amount of time you would need for install is at minimum 6 hours (so I’ve seen) and can be much longer depending on the area of coverage.
The pro is the obvious that it’s insanely gorgeous but of course I want to give you a realistic expectation if this is what you’re looking for! Don’t let this deter you however, you still can selectively do it over special areas!
