Totally stolen off TikTok and totally don’t care 😂 crumpet churros! Chopped crumpet, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon - band it in the airfryer for 6ish minutes and BOOM! 😍 yes they are as good as they look 👌

Overloaded with courgettes like me!? Use a peeler to cut them into ribbons, marinade in lemon juice, garlic and salt, then serve cold on top of a simple romesco sauce, with butter beans, toasted pine nuts, Pom seeds and a sprinkle of sumac. Perfect on a hot summers day ☀️😍🌱

Zero points for presentation here but….tenderstem broccoli and courgette freshly picked from my allotment this evening, with poppyseed coated tofu with a sticky lemon glaze 😍 all done in under 15 minutes 🌱

We did it! 110 people with full tummies. Canapés, main courses and dessert….in a field with VERY limited resources 😂 but we loved every second. ❤️

This may look slightly strange, but it’s my vegan nut ‘parmesan’! A block of this lasts ages and grates beautifully straight out of the freezer. Is even melts in your mouth 🤩 Tonight I’ll be enjoying it sprinkled over some risotto ❤️

Panforte is a traditional Italian dessert, usually eaten at Christmas. I chose to load mine with hazelnuts, almonds and stem ginger. Super naughty, but super delicious 😍

Today I headed down to my allotment for the first time in AGES! Managed to rescue some kale that had been left over winter and then it was on to planting fresh. 🥬🥕🍅 homegrown really is the best ❤️

Homemade granola is SO simple and cheap to make, and has far less sugar in than shop bought. Lasts for ages in a Kilner jar too! 😍

If there’s one thing I miss since going vegan, it’s a comforting fish finger sandwich. Some of the substitutes are so good nowadays! However, it wouldn’t be complete without tartare sauce and minty mushy peas - homemade of course 😍
