1 beverage, wine, cider, seltzer, or beer, non alcoholic also available. Everything needed to build a platter that feeds 2-3, three types of cheese, two types of charcuterie, seasonal fruit, dried fruit, olives, pickles, nuts, chocolate, crackers, honey and honey dipper, garnish, and 1 hour of instruction. Each participant will be entered into a giveaway. The winner will be announced at the end of class $75
