"We have to set another beautiful soul free today from dirty DNB dance floors to cups of tea and talking about our dreams and goals. Our beloved Moon Denali has sadly passed away. 🥺 I have known her since I was 17, and she was full of life, charismatic, kind-hearted, a unique individual that loved her drum and bass and our planet. She was unique in every way, warm and inviting, caring, wild, fun, silly, and always had a smile. But as we all know, she also suffered from chronic back pain and was in constant pain on the daily. I'm not sure exactly what took her from us, but at least now she will be at rest, allowing her spirit to dance on in our hearts. So, I decided to celebrate her life as she would have wanted. I'm just sad there will be no more funny lines of moon wisdom or moon spoons shared anymore. Love you to the moon and back Moon, shine bright, you absolute legend. This was a very long over dew post… I just want to thank again all the support that this fundraising event/networking event got I was very slack on taking photos my self with my leg and and hosting and hopping around that you to everyone that pitched in to make the night what it was! 💕 stay blessed more to come to I’m currently on a huge journey with self defense… self awareness and self discipline and theses are the values I’m trying to all so apply while building this events comuity crew and vibes for give my ambition and determination and be confident… you all are loverd and respcted and relentless talent that deserves to be Hurd and to have fun especially the MCs produces photographers and all round amazing artist they take the time to write their music and practice and perform. That’s why I put hip-hop and everything we do after my leg heals we’ll do something else 😜 r……….thank you Ahu Bar,Jamie Killen Art,David Marett,Arlen Jade,Connor Gray,Tripper Mash!Qualen Mathlay,Darius HawkinsLucas EllwoodKirk Twist,Tünes JonesNikki AhernJamie Killen,Te Ngaronoa MahangaHearatick IsmeJin ZingAza Tone and sooooooo many more for making this possible for this fundraiser and thank you to the manager Connor for asking us to come and throw something on the night spontaneously only given a month to work with the timeframe was stressful but pressure is always good. Hey everybody I just really want to thank you all for your support with MISH MASH for those who came through and for those who didn't get the opportunity to come!! it was an absolute amazing night🔥🎤🤯 and I am gearing up for the next one location and date still to be announced but I can tell you the fell is going to be Hip hop Techno and house With Fire dancing burlesque and Aerial acrobatics😎 I am looking forward to throwing this gathering and seeing everybody what do you get down on the dance floor once again much love stay tuned 🔊🎼

Hey MishMash Fam!

A massive thank you for coming out this weekend. My mind is completely blown by all the love, compassion and creativity that you all brought to the evening, my appreciation runs so deep for everyone that was involved, as well as all my supporters.

A huge, huuuge thank you to all the people behind the scenes who helped pull this together and ensured it ran smoothly on the night. To all the performers and artists - you blow my mind everytime, but you really pulled out all the stops for Mish Mash and I am so thankful. And of course all you amazing attendees - it couldn't have happened without you.

I will be buzzing off of this for a long time to come, and the MishMash crew are AMPED for the next one....bring on MishMash hip hop, techno & house LEEEEESSSSHHHH GOOOOOOOOO.

Mish Mash is back for round 2!!
Mish Mash started with an idea to bring New Zealand artists and producers together to boost the New Zealand hip-hop scene.Hip Hop has been a love of mine for a while now and the New Zealand scene is something I want to see lifted up and taking off! New Zealand has some bloody beautiful talent, right? So, I thought why look overseas for our sounds, lets start here! What better way than with some wicked parties? And so Mish Mash began...
The vision for Mish Mash - everything upcoming: The next project is a set of three parties experimenting with a range of genres and artists. Number ONE: A medley, mash, mix-up of hip hop, dubstep, and drum and bass! Number TWO: Switching styles to a Techno, House, Hip Hop-filled night! Number THREE: Glitch hop, hip hop, and psytrance to entice your ears, complete with a dope fella pushing out MCs and space for keen others to take a lyrical leap and have a go!

This all leads up to a big event in the works!It's an exciting step into a personal and communal experiment for all of us and I welcome you to be a part and help with this creation. If you think you'd like to be a part of this project, have some sweet ideas, or are keen to collaborate, ask away with questions.
