Our team absolutely crushed the busy season despite a couple trucks needing unscheduled services!
Also Amy and Katelyn basically donated their time to help us until we found Jackie!
AND Harley’s birthday was yesterday!
So it was safe to say they ALL deserved a thank you and celebratory lunch at Moxies!

Simply Green Environmental is looking for an Administrator/Receptionist for our quickly growing local business. We are looking for someone that is comfortable with AP, AR, Excel and Quickbooks.
We are willing to train the successful applicant but experience in the industry would be an asset. The position requires 24-30 hours per week or more depending on needs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Answering phones, taking customer information, creating customer profiles.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Completing all AR, AP and Payroll
• Using Quickbooks, Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft, Outlook, CRM Software,
• Data Entry
• Work in unison with operators
Requirements:
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Accounting Experience, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Multitasker

Wage starts at $20/hr and will be depend on experience.
