We have had WEEKS of sequential germs passed through the house…not going to lie there have been some real low points. A drive into the woods to forage for all the wreath goodies was exactly what the doctor ordered. Crisp air, fragrant evergreens, snapping twigs and pops of bright autumn color gave me just enough, to get through what I hope is the end of this round is crud. 🤞🏼

Everywhere we go, Hayes point out “look at this beautiful flower mommy! We should plant some of these!” Even if they are dandelions his big, little heart is in the right place. For every potty talk joke that comes out of his mouth, he does something sweet. He sure knows how to work us.

Hellebores, anemones, ranunculus…a beautiful Spring (or is it winter 🫣) way to welcome a new baby girl to the @cellarridgeconstruction family.
Lots of wreaths, lots of helpers! We finally finished up wreaths for customers, families and friends and turned our attention to cookie making today.

Gratitude post. I wish we could take all the credit for our kids love of nature, appreciation of beauty, and observation and recognition of the earth around them. However, a majority of the credit goes to their amazing teacher Ms Heather and her amazing, nurturing Purple House program. I mean, just look at this welcoming entrance! Sign me up for school please!
…back to making our own raised flower bed boxes…
Will Sweet Peas grow if we plant them in the early spring? Making all kinds of mistakes along the way. It’s the journey, right! #learningtogrowflowers #flowermoms
