On the 1st Day of Christmas COOKIES..... for all my mint fans - a lovely Chocolate Mint cookie!! These are so easy and festive!! If you need a cookie for a cookie exchange, this is THE RECIPE!!! Sure to be the hit and you can make a lot in a short period of time!

November 22nd is National Cranberry Relish Day!

It is so easy to make, and so versatile! No cooking! - Plus, it is a breeze if you have our Flex Prep or Manual Food Processor!

❤️Legend has it that Pilgrims served cranberries, along with wild turkey and succotash, at the first Thanksgiving in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

❤️A barrel of cranberries weighs 100 pounds. Give or take a few, there are about 450 cranberries in a pound and 4,400 cranberries in one gallon of juice!

❤️In the 1880s, a New Jersey grower named John “Peg Leg” Webb discovered that cranberries bounce.

❤️If you strung all the cranberries produced in North America last year, they would stretch from Boston to Los Angeles more than 565 times.
