You may know that since March 2020 we have had a pop-up charity shop in St Johns Centre Leeds. The retail unit was kindly offered to us after the team at St John’s chose Yorkshire Air Ambulance as their ‘Charity of the Year’.

An outstanding £68,879.66 has been raised since the shop opened!

As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, and sadly the unit is no longer available, so the doors at the end of last month. We do still have our charity shop at Scarborough Market Hall & Vaults and you can shop all things YAA at yaa.org.uk/shop/

We would like to say thank you to the staff at St John’s Centre for their help and generosity, thank you to everyone who has gifted items to the shop, thank you to all of you who have visited us and made a donation for the fantastic items you have found there, and finally thank you to the YAA family of fundraisers and volunteers for running the shop and greeting all of the wonderful people who have come through the doors.

On 30th June 2023 I will be holding my last Yoga for Relaxation for this year at West Lane Baptist Church, Haworth. This will be a wonderfully relaxing session of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra from 7pm until 8.30pm.
The cost of the session is £10.00
The proceeds from the session will be donated to a much larger collection being organised by my friend Christine Young for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Christine is organising various events through July all raising money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance in memory of her son, Chris.
If you would like to join this last session of the year and contribute to a wonderful cause then please message me or email [email protected] to book your place.
The session is suitable for everyone, whether you have any experience of yoga or not. All you need is a willingness to relax and be still. What could be better than that? Oh it's for a very good cause!🙏

Well done

We are delighted to share with you that our pop-up shop at St Johns Centre in Leeds has hit £50,000 in sales since it opened in January 2020. Thank you to everyone who has visited the shop and all those who have made a purchase, helping us reach this fantastic milestone.

Our pop-up shop is open Wednesdays and Fridays throughout May from 10 am to 3 pm. Keep an eye on our website for further opening times yaa.org.uk/get-involved/events/ec/yaa-events/

Thank you to everyone who has gifted items to the shop including clothing, Bric a Brac, and hand-knitted baby and children’s clothing. These generous offerings really make a difference and help keep our helicopters flying in the skies above Yorkshire.

We've been working on a little something with two sisters from Harrogate...our very first clothing collaboration with the wonderful Luce and Bear.

We are thrilled to reveal that following multiple nominations and a unanimous vote, our chosen charity of the year is Yorkshire Air Ambulance! 🚁

Yorkshire Air Ambulance is an independent charity that relies entirely on the generosity of the public. Providing a lifesaving rapid response service to 5 million people across the whole of Yorkshire, we are hoping to raise £19,000 this year, which will fund a full day’s service 💚

A big welcome to everyone joining this page. We have set this page up to fundraise for Yorkshire Air Ambulance in Chris's memory. We tragically lost Chris 7 years ago on Sunday the 10th of April 2016 in a road traffic collision.
As a family we live a daily nightmare without Chris but now 7 years on we want to help others like Chris was helped on that tragic in 2016.
