For those of you new here, my name is Fairy Lauren, *the* Furloughed Fairy Godmother 💖✨

And I’ve had the amazing opportunity to make magic for little ones for the last 4 years, and I’ve officially started booking for the 5th summer season (2020,21,22,23,24)✨✨
•
I have so much gratitude for the power of word-of-mouth as it has helped me grow my business and helped me meet families I otherwise wouldn’t have ever been able to meet 🥰
•
If you or someone you know is looking for a Bibbidi Bobbidi Beautiful experience for their littles, whether for a birthday party, in preparation for a special day at the parks or at home- I’d like to share what I do-

I offer princess makeovers (with an a la carte knight option) for little ones.
•
I have availability on my calendar through July 2024- all AM appointments M-F are up and available to peruse.

I personally don’t specialize in grownups, but if an older sibling or Queen Mommy wants a tiara, I do offer a la carte tiaras in an appropriate size for their age (ie not a *tee tiny* tinker bell-sized tiara) with a booked princess makeover for their little. I can also offer Dutch / French braids, for them, as well. But I don’t offer grown-up makeup application.

I specialize in working with all hair textures and lengths, of all ethnicities and mixed; and all different curl patterns; as well as princesses with varying needs and abilities. And I have a booking survey filled with questions that help me better understand what your princesses’ unique attributes are so I can best prepare for their needs. I ask my Royal Families to be as detailed as possible when filling out the survey so that I can be best prepared for your family and make sure your little one(s) feel so loved and accommodated.

I’ve had the absolute honor of spending the majority of my days providing makeovers for sweet princesses staying at Walt Disney World and the surrounding Greater Orlando/Davenport/Winter Park/Tampa area, as well as Give Kids The World, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, Nemours. I also provide final transformations, in-home or in-hospital, for my sweet princesses who have fewer days left to make magic.

Fairy Lauren had the most fun with Princess Rapunzel.

From flowers and tiaras, to talks about puppies, and coordinating Disney outfits; Punzie is 110% ready for her week at Disney
•
First time visits are so, so special.
•
I look back on my first visit photo book my mom created for me and it is so special to my heart.
•
Take those photos, Queen Mommy. Every. Single. One.
•
Your princess will look back at those pictures one day and be so grateful you did!

*********** what is your favorite Disney quote? I have tons. But I will say that when Mother Gothel (with her giant ego) is chatting with Rapunzel and says • “Rapunzel, look in that mirror. You know what I see? I see a strong, confident, beautiful young lady … Oh look, you’re here too!” • it just plum cracks me up.

A princess pony

A more elevated ponytail , for princesses that don’t want the fuss of an updo, or don’t want to sit still for long.
•
A great option for princesses that don’t want to feel too “frilly” but would like something a little more fancy than their typical day-to-day style.
•
A princess should feel comfortable in what style they choose for their special day; if your princess prefers less intricate updos, this may be just for them ✨✨✨✨

A fairytale braid. Great choice for dressing up like Rapunzel and Elsa, as well as for mermaid bounds.
•
A variation of a French braid: but with more twists and braided pieces combined.
•
No additional hair added in this style; limited pins and bands, so great for littles that don’t like the feeling of pins in their hair.
•
To achieve this style, little ones need to be comfortable sitting somewhat still for 20-25 minutes and be able to hold their head in different directions (can you look at my belly button, can you look down towards your belly button, can you look at that wall, etc).
•
Secure and great for rollercoasters! Keeps hair out of face.

A twist on the classic Coronation Day Hairstyle. Absolutely love braids into buns. I’d “braids into buns” all day every day if I could 😂

For this style to be successful, little ones need to be comfortable sitting somewhat still for 10-15 minutes (can have a break in between each side) and be able to hold their head in different directions (can you look at my belly button, can you look down towards your belly button, can you look at that wall, etc).
•
Secure and great for rollercoasters! Keeps hair out of face. Will likely last all day and into the next, I’ve had families show me this style several days later and it’s still tact, however everyone’s hair is different and will respond to the Florida weather in its own unique way. Great for thicker hair (will likely last longer with thicker hair) but entirely possible and achievable with thinner hair as well! Length requirement: I’d say as long as the hair hits the shoulders this style will work well. Hair shorter than that could possibly have a variation of this.
