I see that there are lots of bars for sale in Pattaya and lots of new bar complexes built and being built.
With high season nowhere as good as it once was, is buying a bar viable and if you did how would you make it work?

From what I have seen the only bars that make are the ones with big social media presents like Facebook and YouTube.

Remember, selling cheap beer will make you go bust!
