There are two festivals at the Tennessee Riverpark on Oct 5th. The Walk Run Pedal Jamz Festival is at the Hubert Fry Center. The festival begins at 11am and ends at 7Pm.

Join Haile Nottage from YMCA - Happy Health, fit with Haile for a leisurely WALK and/or RUN, or RIDE YOUR BIKE at the Walk Run Pedal Jamz Festival® on October 5, 2024 at the Tennessee Riverpark on Amnicola Hwy. The charity walk with Haile starts at 8:30 AM, followed by the charity run with Haile at 9:30 AM, and the charity bike ride at 10:30 AM, all taking place along the scenic riverfront. The registration fee of $20 for each event will go directly to The Forgotten Child Fund. The first 25 participants to sign up for the walk, run, or bike ride will receive a FREE festival t-shirt.
The festival itself is free to attend and serves as a fun fundraiser. Come and enjoy vendor tents, food trucks, and a toddler walk (which is free to participate, and every toddler will receive a medal—just sign in at the registration table). Live music will feature performances by Stephy J. Moore (Nashville, TN) and The Dexter Thomas Band, and the winners of the city-wide karaoke contest (Chris Hayes, Jenny Hale, and Myra Mann) will perform. Free giveaways throughout the day, including bikes, guitars, gift cards, and more.
The Forgotten Child Fund consists of Chattanooga Firefighters, Hamilton County EMS personnel, and Hamilton County Sheriff employees. Last year, they distributed 5,000 coats at the Coats for Kids initiative and toys to over 13,000 children in need.

Walk Run Pedal Jamz Festival is an outdoor event designed to bring families and communities together. Participants can walk, run, ride bicycles, enjoy food trucks, visit vendor tents and enjoy a free concert.
