🌿Sit & Sip Picnics started as a thought while on I was on maternity leave with my son. I created a website for kicks and giggles (sitsippicnic.com) and sat on the idea of “what if” for months before launching in April 2022. I was nervous, afraid people would judge my idea, dislike my style and not take my intentions serious. Yet, I have been blown away by support, encouragement and love by all of YOU, my family & friends! I get the opportunity and honor of serving people, to be a part of their story and help make lasting memories—this is truly irreplaceable.

If you have supported my business, liked, followed, commented, spread the word or even smiled at one of my posts—THANK YOU! People like you make dreams a reality.

I cannot wait to continue the journey in the coming year. We are now booking for 2023! Let’s go! ✨

✨First, thank you to everyone who has shared in our journey this far! This is only the beginning! This being said, there have been a handful of new followers—I think it’s time I re-introduce myself:

My name is Kensi () owner of Sit & Sip Picnic! I am a hot mess momma of two: Charli (4) & Jett (1). My husband and I have been married for 7 years and are both originally from Kansas City, Missouri. We moved to Texas 5 years ago to help open a Chick-fil-A! As you Texans would say “we got here as fast as we could” and we are so glad we did. We love this state! is a company I started to offer couples, friends & families and opportunity to reconnect not only with themselves and each other, but the beauty of nature all around. As a mom, I can attest to how busy life can be, so much so we forget to take time—time to slow down, relax and just enjoy one another. My hope is to offer a luxury setting to do just that—connect, laugh and make new memories together.

Im sorry I’ve been a little MIA recently—it’s been a huge week of celebrating for my family. My husband and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary, his birthday was on Friday and our son turned ONE on Saturday! We celebrated with a Rookie of the Year birthday party.
