A popular traditional Lebanese breakfast food consisting of dough topped with Thyme “Zaatar” or cheese. Or you can enjoy the best of both worlds with a half cheese half Zaatar topped with tomatoes, parsley, mint, cucumber and olives. Yummyyyyy! 😋
