Every couple has a unique vision for their wedding day. For some it’s not about grandeur but rather intimate and wam, surrounded by only their closest family and friends.

We dedicated ourselves to finding the perfect venue that truly reflected their essence, and designed the space to radiate warmth and coziness. As love filled the room, the beautifully curated playlist played in the background evoking every emotion the couple wished for on their day.

Let’s Talk Bride Tribe

Your tribe on wedding day is so important. They are the ones who are responsible for keeping the bride calm through all of the anxiousness. Here are some tips:

1. Ensure she eats and hydrates with water. Wedding days are often long and can be very overstimulating so ensuring she has a good breakfast is a great start to the day.

2. Be on time for hair and makeup. You do not want to be the reason the timeline runs behind.

3. Spend the morning laughing, listening to music, and doing anything else the bride likes. Nerves are often on 100 so keeping her calm is top priority.

4. Grab her a cocktail if she drinks.

5. Assist her with getting ready and making sure she looks perfect. Gather her make up touch up bag and her change of shoes for the reception.

6. After ceremony, help her touch up her make up and ensure she’s ready for pictures.

7. Bring the vibes for the reception!

It is an honor to be a part of such a beautiful experience in someone’s life. They chose you for a reason. Bride tribes are the other forever and always people in your life when you get married. 🩷

Last Friday we had the very last wedding of our incredible 2024 wedding season.

This season was beyond my wildest dreams. Here are some of the highlights:

One of our gorgeous weddings was featured and published on Loverly.

We were able to add more culturals to our diverse portfolio including Benghali, Persian, Thai, Turkish, Libyan, Cameroon, Vietnamese, and more.

We added more religions to our portfolio including Jewish and Muslim.

This was our year of the ladies as we continued our strive to promote love is love, inclusivity, and our unwavering support of the LGBTQ+ community.

We were able to execute weddings in some of our favorite and most prestigious venues including The George Peabody Library, The Baltimore Museum of Art, and The Lord Baltimore Hotel to name a few.

We went another entire season receiving all 5 star reviews which leaves us in the running for the 3rd straight year of winning WeddingWire’s Couple Choice Award and The Knot’s Best of Weddings.

We had a blog feature about the journey of Signed in Pink Events.

I was able to continue building and maintaining a phenomenal team who I simply couldn’t do any of this without.

I was able to network and meet some incredibly talented vendors.

We won for the 2nd year Best of Baltimore Weddings but for the 1st time we won all 3 categories officially naming Signed in Pink as the Best Planners in Baltimore by Baltimore Weddings Magazine. Can’t wait to get the issue in stores in January!

We had so many more mini wins of ex*****on and bringing visions to life.

Thank you to all of our amazing couples who trusted us with their big day! You all are forever a part of our Signed in Pink family!

I am so excited to continue making wedding magic happen for all our amazing 2025 couples! New venues, new cultures, and whole lot of love!

But first the calm of family time and relaxation! I will return on January 2, 2025.

My bride and I were in these downtown Baltimore streets today trying to find her the perfect venue!

At 39 degree temps we decided to walk about 20+ minutes from one venue to the other. We laughed and talked and laughed and talked some more as we both questioned why we chose to walk…LOL! Thank goodness the other venue had a fireplace to stand in front of to unthaw by time we got there. We were smart though and decided to get an Uber back to our cars. 😉🤣

One of my favorite parts is venue tours with my brides/couples as we get to spend time together. I love getting to know each and everyone.

I love my Signed in Pink couples so much 🩷
