Made some time to play with flowers today before the busy weekend, and before all the tulips go out to the Moms!

Get your Mom some flowers at... .farmers.market on Saturday and on Sunday. Dylan will be selling tulips all weekend in Kaslo at , where will be serving up some next level tacos. We'll also have some bouquets for sale at farm-stand plant sale (I hear they also have tasty treats!)
Come early. It's going to be a warm one, and they do tend to go quick!

Here's the scoop!
Winter is the perfect wedding planning season, so
I've updated the website to provide as much info on what the process will look like going forth with seasonal flower designs for your wedding.

If you're planning a 2024 wedding, don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll send over a questionnaire that prompts you to consider all floral aspects of your wedding.

I used to not like november because it's cold but without the snow to play in. But now it's one of my favorite months because there's still things I could be doing it the garden if I wanted to, but it's all kind of extra-curricular at this point because a lot of it can wait till spring. I like to pile things onto my spring self because she has a lot of cooped up energy to take on big projects. Anyways, thats my November report. Dried flowers will be available soon. I must say, the colour combos that came out of the field this year are so beautiful.

This week was the week that winter really snuck up on me, as determined by my ratio of indoor to outdoor time. With that - lots of dried flower creations coming out of the flower shed!
Stay tuned for winter market dates, those will sneak up too!

Subscriptions are now online! With the earliest 4-week spring tulips starting in May!

Flower CSA Subscriptions are a great way to gift flowers to a loved one or to treat yourself while welcoming in a new season.

CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) subscriptions are also one of the best ways to support your local farmers. By signing up in the winter, you're helping to cover the many costs that occur during the off-season.

Prices include delivery to your doorstep, if you live/work between Balfour, Nelson, and Blewett.
*if you are a super-regular Nelson Farmers Market go-er, a discounted price could be worked out if you picked up your subscription bouquet from me there. This would ensure that you get all the best flowers before they sell out!

💐 Winter wedding, anyone?

Dried flowers have so much going for them! They are the epitome of seasonality. They're like the canned goods of flowers. They are incredibly beautiful and can continue to be enjoyed for time to come!
