You're going to need a minute to 🌟chill🌟

The wedding day is a lot of wait wait wait -> GO

It all happens fast. We are BIG advocates of giving our couples no less than 30 minutes to relax before they walk down the aisle.

Adding in buffer time allows for our vendor team to reset, for our couples to breathe, and even for (dramatic pause) bathroom breaks 😂

Plus there are some pretty special moments captured during the relaxation time, like watching our brides sneak peeks at guests while they arrive.💓

Have you mapped out when you will get into your dress on your wedding day?

A few small things to keep in mind 🌟

🌟Coordinate with hair and make-up to ensure you are ready in time.
🌟 Let the photographers know well in advanced so they can capture the moment.
🌟 Make sure whoever is helping you get into your dress is finished with hair, and makeup, and is in their dress before they help you get into yours.

The Veil. Our favorite.

We typically see the veil going on right before the ceremony. If you want your hair team to hang around to place your veil make sure to give them a heads up! If not our team will be happy to place your veil and take it out post ceremony.

(PS- we also make sure to place the veil in your get away bag for you)

Flower girl pro tip: Make sure your flower girl has a familiar face to walk down the asile to.

Place a parent or grandparent in the first or second row so they can easily grab the little one and encourage them if they get a little shy halfway down!

This is where you will see each other, your wedding party, and your guests all in one space for the first time. It is where you will say "I do".

Most ceremonies last on average 20 minutes, but don't overlook this sweet space in your design. This arch and flowers were repurposed to the reception.

Flower girl details 🌿

This sweet couple married during the pandemic and had a precious baby girl. They later had a big wedding where their daughter was their flower girl. I wanted to capture all of the sweet flower girls details in one shot. I imagine this flower girl saving some of her elements for her wedding day and recreating this shot.

Two years ago I was buttoning up the final details of my very own wedding. 😍

After my husband proposed to me in the month of May he said "I just have one request, can we get married before football season?" My response was of course, "Challenge accepted."

This lead me to plan and execute our wedding in 90 days. I loved every second of it and I didn't feel one ounce of stress. I had years of event experience under my belt before this but quickly found that the wedding industry gave me life.

Throughout planning our own wedding I had girls reaching out asking if I could plan theirs as well! From there, The Peach Veil was born!

I always felt like God told me I would own my own business one day. I love that he brought it to life alongside my marriage.

To do a first look, or to not do a first look?

Our couples are split on this decision! About half of our couples choose to do a first look and the other half choose to see each other for the first time when walking down the aisle! Needless to say, we are the pros at helping you think through the best option on your big day!

Pros:
🌟Enjoy a private and peaceful moment with your future spouse before the ceremony’s excitement begins!
🌟You can grab great photos of you and your groom before the ceremony begins which means you can join the party more quickly!

Cons
🌟It adds one more thing to your pre-ceremony to-do list, especially if you are running on a tight schedule.
🌟Dreaming of that “seeing each other at the end of the aisle moment?” A first look can water down the experience of walking down the aisle.

Guys God is so good. When I started this business I set a goal of 5 weddings for 2022. I am SO excited to say that The Peach Veil currently has 9 weddings on the calendar!!

We haven’t even hit our first year mark and I am already so happy with the direction we are heading.

We can fit 1 more wedding in August and 1 in September but make sure to snag the date quickly!

The other day I received our first 2023 inquiry & I have a feeling 2023 is going to fill up fast!
