It was a pleasure and honor to cook for 600+ men that attended the Man to Man Conference at Our Lady of Fatima in Lafayette this past weekend. Lil’ Taste of Southern by Breaux prepared chicken pasta, smothered green beans, roll and cookie. Also special thanks to the Scouts who helped us serve the plates. It’s great to see men step up in their faith and lead communities to our lord n savior Jesus Christ!! Thanks who all believed in our catering to provide a meal to this group of men!! Those who have seen my post seen that I came to work in Manassas, Va. Lil’ Taste of Southern by Breaux is still open for business in Louisiana and wherever you need us. My wife and family is still in Louisiana picking up the slack and I will fly back to help with large events. So for the ones who had us booked don’t worry we will not let you down or will let any new prospect down!! Don’t hesitate to call us cause you will not be disappointed!! Hope everyone is doing well. We been having a lot of text and calls if we are going to boiling at Mike’s Seafood and Steakhouse, Lil Taste of Southern will not be boiling seafood there any more. I want to thank all the people and customers that came and ate some of our boiled seafood. We were blessed with the reviews that we received from everyone. Sorry that we had to stop but stay tuned cause you can’t keep a good family down as we are on the hunt for another location. If anyone knows of anyone that would want some boiled seafood in their area please reach out!!

Don’t have any plans for this Saturday 3/23 come on out to the Jennings Airport and watch some planes take off n land. Your kids will love it!!! Lil Taste of Southern will be out there serving up some Tasso poboys, chicken/sausage/tasso gumbo, red beans/sausage, boudin balls and meat pies.
