The most underrated way to elevate your wedding in my humble opinion - LIGHTING💡

Here’s three ways you can lean in with lighting to not only help your guests see but also kill it in the aesthetic department.

🕯️Candles
You’d be surprised how much impact these little flickers of light can have! They’re perfect for setting the mood—soft, romantic, and intimate. Use them on your tablescapes, around the dance floor, or even lining pathways.

✨Decorative lighting
Festoons and chandeliers- These are amazing for adding character to your ceiling or outdoor spaces. They’re more about ambiance than actual lighting, though—they won’t replace overhead lights. Think of them as a way to bring charm and sparkle to your space. They’re perfect for that whimsical, romantic vibe.

💡Uplights - The real MVPs
The number of times I have suggested these to my couples is ridiculous. Why do I love them? They don’t just add light to your space; they let you highlight key features. Picture this: your floral arrangements glowing beautifully, your cake bathed in the perfect colour, or a champagne tower that really steals the show. Uplights bring those wow moments to life.

So when you’re planning your wedding, don’t overlook the lighting! It’s one of the easiest ways to elevate your space.

Some things I LOVED about this happily ever after party:
✨ Z&D eloped in Europe before the party (iconic). ✨ This day was all about celebrating, and damn did they party. ✨ The couple was beyond chill—they had a vision, but it was all about refining and bringing it to life.

I had the best time working with them and their dream team of vendors.

This one will live rent-free in my brain forever. 💭

I remember the moment my wedding bouquet got delivered on my wedding day.

My stomach was churning from nerves before I opened the door…

Not because I was worried about what I was going to see… but because i’d been running through my wedding runsheet over and over all morning, making sure I hadn’t missed a thing.

Opening the door to one of the most beautiful creations i’d ever seen and knowing I’d get to hold that down the aisle was a moment I’ll never forget.

When i’m making a bouquet, all i’m thinking about is YOU! I want you to have the same feeling I did opening that door that morning.

Some of my favourite moments from 2024.

I got to work with some incredibly special humans last year.

Something stood out to me - a lot of the couples I work with struggled at some point during their wedding planning process.

My couples will DM or text me in the middle of the day when they are having a minor meltdown and they will always be met with the same response.

“Hey love, this is a completely normal feeling - wedding planning can be stressful, but I got you!”

So excited to be working with two of the biggest legends in the wedding industry & to make some magic for some very lucky couples next month at the 💃🏼
