What’s a staple in our platter? Brie cheese ✨

It’s soft, mild cheese which can be paired easily with almost any ingredient in your platter or eaten just like that!

What’s great is that the rind aka the outer layer is also edible. It tastes slightly more bitter than the body.

Some pairing suggestions:
1. With crackers (classic!)
2. With fruit and cracker
3. Melted, eaten with cold cuts 🥰
