This array included smoked chicken sliders with grilled pineapple relish and spicy bbq sauce, my #pelleton winning sandwich in slider form, a tri tip slider with chimichurri, and a Cajun turkey club sandwich with candied bacon. Sides were a salad with champagne vinaigrette, and a fruit platter with a fruit dip that was a huge hit. Everyone finished up with a trifecta of cookies with my blueberry muffin top cookie with lemon zest icing being a huge hit.
