AISLE MEADOWS✨🌸 ground arrangement, meadows, whatever you want to call them!! They are my favorite to do and use as a florist! They are so versatile:
•the make a BIG statement!
•can be moved from ceremony to reception!
•most cost effective way to make a statement
•always WOWs guests!
•they look and feel romantic, whimsical, and expensive
•very versatile and can be easily moved from the ground to a counter top

I always encourage my brides to have a fee of these to fill empty areas and to make a statement! I think the brides always end up loving that we did these!!🌸🌷

meet my beautiful momma connie that I call my “Washington Mom”! She showed me the world of flowers 🌷🌻 Can you believe all of these flowers are from her backyard?! I don’t know where my life would be without her. She is one of my biggest role models. She brings joy and love to everyone she meets! She could give martha stewart a run for her money! I am so thankful for my best friend for sharing her mom with me. She is an angel on earth!!🤍🌸 I love you !! Thank you for showing me how beautiful nature is and how to make it our creative playground!!

✨ creating a proposal ✨ the first step of the floral process is creating a mood board that matches the client’s vision! It can always be adjusted and or scraped but it is good to start somewhere to make sure I am on the same page as my client!

🌸 discussing the color palette, flower types, and size of arrangements are important.
🌺 you can see on this mood board I showed the shape and style of arrangement I am envisioning and also the types of flowers. You make like a SHAPE AND STYLE of an arrangement but not the colors or flower types utilIzed.

Sophie and Owen celebrated their wedding day with friends and family on a wonderful fall day at JM Cellars Winery. The day had colors of green, white, and blush, wonderful food and music, and a really neat guest book. What a magnificent day to celebrate the love Sophie and Owen!

My first desert rose of the season!!! 🌸I’m a weirdo and love this flower. I saw it while playing golf with my dad. I took a picture and brought it to the nursery. The employee took me to the section all surprised that I was so interested in this plant since it is w**d like and doesn’t bloom often. However to me it is just so w**dy and strong yet so beautiful and fragile. The petals are thin but the markings are bold. A lot of juxtaposition. I love these little beauties! Can’t wait until more pop up on the bush! 🌸

PROTEAS 🌺🧡 my latest obsession!!! I got these beautiful proteas from at the and they were so fun to arrange today. Everything in the arrangement is locally grown in San Diego. The bird of paradise and palm leaves are from my yard and the protea from kenny’s farm. It makes me so happy to create from the plants grown around me! 🍃 the large red protea are “empress protea” and the small orange are called “pincushion protea” 🧡
