🍷WINE OF THE DAY: JEFFERSON VINEYARDS CABERNET FRANC 2017🍷
Virginia wines have been a favorite among the VinePair team this year, and this bottle is no exception. This versatile Cabernet Franc is delicious both chilled and at room temperature. It has a soft, earthy fruit core and brambly blackberry aromas, along with hints of cooked meat and cracked black pepper.

Did you know that table and wine grapes Are different?🍷🍇
It's natural to assume that wine is made from the type of grape that you see in your local grocery store. This isn't the case. Table grapes, or those you eat raw, are distinctly different. They have a thin skin, and over the years, farmers have bred them to be seedless or have very small seeds. Wine grapes, on the other hand, are smaller and have thicker skins and lots of seeds.

🍷If you’re not sure, start with a sweet wine.
🍷Try it at least five times.
🍷Swirl the glass for a bit to pull the aromas and smell it. Look at the color and pick up the other elements of the wine, then take a sip.
🍷Drink & serve wine at room temperature.
🍷 Store wine in a cold, dark, undisturbed place.
