3 THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT DANCE
1. DANCE IS SPIRITUAL
Put a dancer and musician on stage, you will see that the dance performance will make people go wild because people are seeing what they have never seen before but musician will always sing the song you already know. Whenever there is an outstanding dance performance people got healed of mental health (depression, anger, sadness etc). Audience don't walk to musician and say "great performance" but they walk to a dancer and said "great performance". Whether you believe it or not dance moves something in you whenever you watches people dance.
Dance was the only thing that made God cursed a woman to be barren all her life.
2. DANCE IS A THERAPY
If you are depressed, heart broken, sad, anxious or stressed out just dance and you will feel good about yourself. Dance reduces worries, whenever you're dancing you don't remember whether you're broke(sure fact)😂
3. DANCE KEEPS YOU HEALTHY
Dance burns calories and keeps you fit and it is free.
You hardly see a dancer fall sick or looks aged, they're always healthy and look 5 years younger than their real age. Whenever you're dancing you don't just exercise your body but you exercise both the body, spirit and soul.
Dance improves your memory retention and creativity.
What dance can do in your life is beyond human explanation.
You're not too old or too young to dance.
