Not all vendors are created equal. 😬
Here are a few red flags we’ve learned to spot from a mile away:

🚩 No contract or vague language
🚩 Slow to respond or unclear on details
🚩 Overpromising with no receipts (literally or figuratively)
🚩 Can’t answer timeline or logistics questions
🚩 Won’t collaborate with your coordinator (👀 major yikes)

Here’s a peek at a typical Legacy Events timeline with a few fun curveballs we’ve learned to expect. 😅

🕘 9:00 AM – Hair & Makeup
🕦 11:30 AM – Vendor arrivals
🕒 3:00 PM – First look & portraits
🕠 5:30 PM – Ceremony
🕕 6:00 PM – Champagne toast… with a missing best man? (It happens. We find him.)
🕖 7:00 PM – Reception kickoff
🕛 12:00 AM – Final sendoff + gift roundup
