Happy Tapioca Pudding Day!!! Growing up I was grossed out by tapioca because people would say that it was fish eggs. After a while I gained the courage to try it and low and behold it had such a unique texture. There are so many different variations of recipes. It's National French Fry Day!! Did you know that the largest helping of fries was served at Twin Oaks Farms in Eagle, Idaho on Sep. 20, 2014. It weighed 1003 lbs. and used 1256 lbs. of raw potatoes along with 110 gallons of oil to fry them up. Now that is one big helping. Now many of us use an air fryer to cook our French Fries which uses much less oil. I know my Air Fryer get so much use almost daily. Happy National Pecan Pie Day!!!
I had never been a fan of Pecan Pie until My Sister In Law made this amazing Chocolate Pecan pie and that just changed everything for me. What are your thoughts on Pecan Pie? Have you ever tried it? In between stuffing easter eggs today, I used some Pampered Chef products to bake a cake. Made measuring put my ingredients so much easier. It may be boxed Carrot cake, but it is home made cream cheese frosting to make an
Easter Bunny face cake like my Grandma use to make. I'll post that picture later.😉
