Pro-tip: when you have a blank canvas of a tent as your venue, you want to make sure that you are including big statement, pieces, like flooring, specialty tables, and an amazing bar so that the atmosphere feels cozy and incredibly curated. The goal is to be outside, without really being outside 😉

Wedding pro hack: did you know that most of the time, a bridal party exit photo is taken like this so it can be a manageable experience after a ceremony? Rather than having all your guests in this photo, by having them leave the ceremony space so you and your bridal party can snap a quick photo before you head off to cocktail hour makes for the best use of your wedding day time 🕰️

After all, there are only so many hours for photos before you say okay, let’s party 🎉

This is what a cohesive design suite looks like ✨

Lisa, Zach and I worked diligently on their design board together and had some amazing vendors help put their vision together perfectly 🪄

We used a monogram of their names to brand their signage, napkins and even the oranges on their signature drinks!

& Their guests had custom luggage tags made with their names in them to help them find their destination in the reception room 🧳

They chose our Partial Planning service option, which allowed us to help find their remaining vendors, help with design and walk them through the planning process all while they were living out of state! We took their stress away both planning and on the day of, so that memories like these could be captured✨
