🔜VOLUNTEERS SHOULD MEET AT THE HUB AT 280 NORTH PEARL STREET IN COMMUNITY ROOM ON GROUND LEVEL FOR ASSIGNMENTS.

🔜BUILDINGS 260-270 Idayarbough resident should remain in there buildings and services will be provided for them.

BUILDING 280 residents should remain in there building for service. AS FOR THE SMALL HOUSES WITHIN THE IDAYARBOUGH COMPLEX; VOLUNTEERS WILL SERVE YOU FROM DOOR TO DOOR.

Important Information for CNYS BLACK EXPO 2024 Vendors

Dear Vendors,

We are excited to welcome you to the CNYS BLACK EXPO 2024 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center, located at 279 Madison Ave, Albany, NY 12242. Here are some important details to ensure a successful event:

**Set-Up Time:**
- Vendors Set-Up: 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- All vendors must be fully set up by **9:30 AM**. Please arrive on time and coordinate with event staff if you need assistance.

**Exclusive Access:**
- **10:00 AM - 11:00 AM**: Albany Job Fair members will have exclusive access to interact with vendors before the event opens to the public.

**Check-In:**
- Please check in at the Vendor Registration Table upon arrival. Facility maps and booth numbers will be available there.
- You may park temporarily at the facility before proceeding to the loading dock.

**Event Hours:**
- CNYS BLACK EXPO Opens to the Public: **11:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
- Vendors Breakdown Time: **5:00 PM - 6:00 PM**

**Parking Information:**
Visitor parking areas are available at the Empire State Plaza for a flat fee of $10. For more details on parking options, please visit: [Empire State Plaza Parking](https://empirestateplaza.ny.gov/parking).

Please note that CNYS BLACK EXPO will not cover any parking fees.
