The culmination of many conversations, getting to know my clients, picking the very best of the blooms and designing specifically with the person in mind. Hello, hello! Crawling out of a deep winter hibernation mode over here and reentering this space this first full week of spring just felt right. What a few months it’s been! Needed a big rest and time for reflection & recuperation. The end of the ‘23 wedding season, markets and workshop lineup kept me running right through the end of the year. I am so, so grateful for you all. Thank you for your cheerful faces on chilly market days, the continued enthusiasm around floral workshops (which I truly adore teaching and flowering alongside you all), and am deeply honored to be a small part of my wedding couples’ celebrations.
As life does, we had some unexpected challenges over the last few months - an accident, some health surprises/scares (very happy and grateful to report all is well now.) Most of all I am sending all the positive energy and love out there to anyone navigating fertility challenges/pregnancy loss/difficulties with growing a family no matter what path you are on. 🤍 It’s so tough, personal and full of ups and downs and every shade of gray. We’re in the trenches there and I don’t think anything can quite prepare you for that journey.
I was feeling pulled to do some cocooning, and wanted to say a big thank you for the sweet messages and check-ins. It means the world 🫶🏼
Seeing the first tender stems, the tiniest little leaves and brave little blooms pop up around the neighborhood is has me looking forward to another season of gardening, floral workshopping, markets with and flowering for many sweet couples in 2024 🌼

We will be working with locally-grown evergreens and a mix of unexpected textures to make your own winter wreath that will last through the holiday season. Join us and try your hand at making your own piece of seasonal decor - the techniques we’ll cover can be used to create your own seasonal wreaths all year round 🤍

We are thrilled to announce the next installment of our workshop series at - in September we will explore a floral design style that originated from ritual flower offerings at Buddhist alters in Japan - Ikebana. With this ancient style of floral art as our inspiration, we will create our own modern, minimalist arrangements using floral pin frogs as our base mechanic. has made a special one-of-a-kind series of sculptural vessels for this class and we couldn’t be more excited about creating floral art with you, in a piece of art! You will leave class with your own Ikebana-inspired arrangement, a gorgeous piece of Good Hearted Woman ceramics, a reusable pin frog and skills to create this style of arrangement on your own at home.
Tickets ($200/seat) will be released tomorrow, Weds 9/13 on the website. We really can’t wait for this one - hope to see you there!
This Wednesday we will embark on the first of a three-part series of workshops focusing on color theory in floral design. You do not need to attend all three classes, but for those wishing to take a deeper dive into design work and palette creation, this series is made for you! We will begin our color exploration with complimentary colors and will make a seasonal arrangement with locally-grown blooms. It’s going to be a fun and beautiful class - best of all, everyone will go home with a lovely glass compote arrangement and new floral skills 💛 Hope to see you there!!

Join us for a delighfully whimiscal, fun flower crown-making class perfect for spending time with your mom / child / loved one in celebration of Mother’s Day. We’ll be going over the fundamentals and mechanics of flower crown making and you will leave class with your own beautiful floral crown and the skills to make your own bloom-filled crown on your own in the future. The crowns last beautifully when stored in the fridge and will make for a magical addition to your Mother’s Day celebration ✨

In other news, we moved to Arvada over the summer! We are slowly making this house into our home and will be working on building out a studio space for Field Supply in the coming months. Feeling so excited and grateful for this next chapter ✨
I usually stick to flower content only here, but I can’t help but shout this one from the rooftop 🥰 If you’ve visited us at a flower pop-up there’s a good chance you’ve met Mark or even had him wrap up a bouquet for you (like a pro 🤌🏼) Well, he’s one of my most favorite humans on this planet. This summer has been so busy and we finally had a weekend away on our own backpacking this past weekend. He asked, and I said YES! So flippin excited to marry this man.🥰❤️
