Help Smokey Heal 💔🐾

If you spend time on Eagle Lake, chances are you know Smokey—the friendly cat who made his home at Yore Country Store for years. He’s not just a pet; he’s a local legend. A couple of years ago, Smokey came to live with me, and he's been living a peaceful, happy life since.

Unfortunately, just a few days ago, Smokey was attacked by a neighborhood dog and suffered a broken leg. He’s receiving care now, but the vet bills are more than I can cover alone.

If Smokey has ever made you smile, rubbed against your legs, or curled up in your lap at the store, please consider donating to his recovery fund. Every little bit helps get him back on his feet—literally.

Tune into an exclusive acoustic concert by local musician Julie Crouse tonight at 7pm!
Julie will be performing the best of her sets on her Facebook Live this evening for online audiences!

Any tips given during the performance will go towards repairing Julie's vehicle.
Julie's car was damaged during a hit and run and donations are greatly appreciated!
