Wow your guests with this Artfully Arranged Charcuterie. Board—an edible collection of savory deli meats, mouthwatering cheeses, fruits, and egg salad. Serve with tomato relish, apple Dijon, and crostini, and graze the morning away! 😋

RECIPE:

Crostini Board
Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

6 oz. Uncured Genoa Salami
6 oz. Uncured Italian Dry Salami
6 oz. Uncured Pepperoni
6 Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. Yellow Onion, minced
2 tbsp. Celery, minced
2 tbsp. Sweet Relish
4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. Chives, sliced thin
½ cup Ripe Tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. Shallot, minced
1 tbsp. Fresh Tarragon, minced
2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. Sugar
¼ cup Apple Butter
¼ cup Whole Grain Mustard
4 oz. Boursin Cheese
4 oz. Brie, 4 ounces
4 oz. Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 stick Salted Butter, softened
Sides: Sliced Fuji Apples, Grapes, Crostini

Directions:

1. Combine the eggs, onion, celery, relish, chives, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. In a new bowl, combine the tomatoes, shallot, tarragon, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and sugar.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

5. Fold together the apple butter and mustard, reserving until ready to serve.

6. Arrange the meats, cheeses, fruits, mustard, egg salad, tomato relish, and salted butter on a board.

7. Serve with the crostini on the side.
