Ang dami kong na-cancel na akyat for 2023 but I can’t end the year not hiking a mountain.

Why do I hike major mountains? I started hiking 2019 to prove myself to anyone telling me, “hindi mo kaya yan kasi payat ka”. Tama naman sila pero it gave me a challenge that, “wait lang kayo.” until I conquered Mt. Purgatory Reverse Traverse (2019) then Mt. Pulag via Ambangeg (2019) na para kong nangapitbahay lang non HAHAHAHA! Then Mt. Apo (2021) and Mt. Guiting-Guiting (2022)….. and I’m back for Mt. Pulag via Akiki na may bonus pang Tabayoc and Timbak…. Gagiiii LUZON 1-2-3 YON!!! Top 3 highest mountains sa Luzon yon! Paano ba yan? Mayabang na naman ako sa mata niyo?

2023 isn’t just a year for me. A lot of things happened that the best of the best only knew. 2023 made me drunk like literally na first time ako makita ng mga kaibigan ko na wasted and nagbreakdown ng sabay. HAHAHAHAH! WHAT HAPPENED IN BORACAY STAYS IN BORACAY!!!!

I flew 9 times last year or more ata? Di ko na matandaan pero yeah ang dami kong naging flights last year and a dream arise na siguro matagal ko nang gusto pero I was isolating myself na I want to make my old man proud kaya di ko siya pinapansin pero those people knew na I will work hard for it and I know they will support me.

Shoutout to my ticket buyers for still buying your tickets to me and sharing the experience with me. It gives me joy whenever I hear, “ohh! Ikaw pala si Marion? Paano makabenta ng 500 tickets plus?….” sa backstage. Hindi ko na peak season pero everyone still acknowledged me as one of those resellers/promoters na di ko talaga alam how managed to sell those ticket numbers. You guys are amazing!!!

And dami kong setbacks and achievements last year. All I can is “thank you” to everyone who was there and still there.

To my friends, you know sino-sino kayo! Maraming Salamat guys 🥃

To you…. Thank you for always having my back and my side. Alam mo na lahat yon. I love you and I got you always.

To Nanay, stay strong and healthy again this year. I love you!
