🧀: Brie slices, Wensleydale White Chocolate/Raspberry, Wensleydale Dale Lemon/Honey
🥖: Hummus Crisps, Rosemary Crackers,
🥩: Pepper Salami and Calabrese Roses
🥒: Pickled Green Beans and Pickled Carrots
🍊: Kiwi Starbursts, Oranges, Red Grapes, Raspberries, Blackberries
🥜: Signature Mix
🥣: Lobster Roll Dip
🌱: Rosemary Sprigs

My favorite thing about charcuterie is that I love this glorious idea of ✨endless pairings✨

I love building and creating different flavor profiles as I put each board together. To me, the more new combinations to try on a cheeseboard.... the better 😉

Made a little mid-week cheeseboard for dinner last night after a fun day of experimenting with new recipes and ideas to add to my boards!

Last night I attempted the Kiwi Starburst Flowers and I was very surprised at how they turned out!!! 🥝

(Let’s just say, pairing knives and I don’t get along) 😂

Let’s take a look back to Friendsgiving 2019....

So far my greatest creation.... an entire charcuterie grazing table as a centerpiece!

After making this I realized how one of my secret passions in life has always been creating beautiful cheese boards for my friends and family to enjoy. A love for building them and sharing them over a nice glass of wine.... indulging on just that for dinner.
