This week Amor Concierge celebrated its 1st birthday! I’m so thrilled to have the opportunity to share my love for love with others. In our tender year here are some of the lessons I have learned as a small business owner:

#1 Customer service is key 🔑
My goal is always to make each customer feel heard valued while doing my best to make each setup an enjoyable/personal experience.

#2 Good communication is essential🗣️
Communicate every step of the process such as location address, setup time, etc. in multiple ways (i.e text, telephone, service agreement) so there aren’t any confusions.

#3 Have a backup plan to the backup plan and be flexible! Things happen so go with the flow and enjoy the process.

#4 Slow and steady wins the race. During slow business season continue to push through and remember you’re in your own lane of growth.

She said yes!!! Our first proposal in the books!

Quick : When I look at these photos I’m reminded of the beauty of marriage; something perfectly ordained for two imperfect individuals who are willing to make the commitment each day to live out their .

When I arrived for this setup I was sooooo disappointed how yucky the ocean looked with all the seaweeds everywhere and thought to myself “this is so 🤢”. I seriously considered changing location last minute but time wasn’t on our side and there was no telling if the conditions would be better on the other beach.

So we stuck it out and laid it all out! This reminds me of marriage; it isn’t always pretty but it’s always worth it! What we see in the physical is limited to just that. When we unpack it and lay it all out- the potentials are endless.
