This week Amor Concierge celebrated its 1st birthday! I’m so thrilled to have the opportunity to share my love for love with others. In our tender year here are some of the lessons I have learned as a small business owner:
#1 Customer service is key 🔑
My goal is always to make each customer feel heard valued while doing my best to make each setup an enjoyable/personal experience.
#2 Good communication is essential🗣️
Communicate every step of the process such as location address, setup time, etc. in multiple ways (i.e text, telephone, service agreement) so there aren’t any confusions.
#3 Have a backup plan to the backup plan and be flexible! Things happen so go with the flow and enjoy the process.
#4 Slow and steady wins the race. During slow business season continue to push through and remember you’re in your own lane of growth.
