RULES AND GUIDELINES
Zamboanga Sibugay Cosplay Gala 2024
Guidelines

A. Solo category contest
- The contest consists of only (1) one participant per entry. However, a pair of contestants or more may do a skit together and be judged individually.
- The skit may performed as a catwalk, a song, a dance, or a performance that portrays the participant's chosen character.
- Each group or participant is allowed to perform in (1) one minute, excess of the given time will be cut off by the organizers without any warning.

B. Attendance
- Cosplayers are expected to check in at 5 pm on February 16 at the Atrium, Provincial Capitol, Zamboanga Sibugay. All cosplayers are encouraged to stay in their seats after checking in.
- STRICTLY NO OFFSITE REGISTRATION.

C. Costumes
-Cosplayers who wish to compete their costumes that were previously won are not allowed.
-We highly suggest decency. Any forms of vulgar and explicit portrayal are prohibited and shall be disqualified from the contest.
-Real blades or any type of sharp objects are not allowed to be used during the competition. In the same context, no part of costumes, props, or weapons should be sharp-edged. Each props, armor, and costume brought in by the contestant should adhere to the policy of the event venue.
-Use of smoke and fire-related are strictly forbidden

D. Respect and Courtesy
-All participants must be on their best behavior during the event. Undesirable attitudes displayed during the competition are subject to contest disqualification.
-The organizing staff has the right to disqualify participants who do not abide by the rules set by the event committee.
-Any form of harassment will automatically ban from the event
-No bribery shall be done and entertained

Costume/Accuracy - 40%
Stage Performance - 30%
Durability/Craftsmanship/Mobility - 20%
Audience Impact - 10%
