I've been struggling with the delivery issue for a day now.

By default, delivery is free for our customers. It's already included in the price. This allows us to deliver your letters to Canada and New Zealand, just as we do to Germany.

But you still have to break your head over the delivery, because sometimes the mail, unfortunately, messes up... It happens, as in any huge system. Some cog breaks and you have to deal with it. So for the convenience of our customers we add the ability to track the envelope in transit.

In terms of timing, the first letter is sent within 1-3 days from the date of subscription. Then, depending on how far you are from Poland (this is where your letter will fly from), you should expect the letter within 2-3 weeks at most. We try to make sure that this is the case for all letters. We apologize if in some cases you have to wait a long time for your envelope.

You go home, open the mailbox, and pull out the envelope. You'll recognize it right away and you can't mix it up with bills or advertisements.
Open it carefully so you don't damage what's inside. It's worth it. A letter from one of our heroes will appear on the nice touch paper in readable handwriting. To make the immersion into the story complete, in the envelope you will find pleasant additions: somewhere a map, somewhere a recipe... and perhaps atmospheric stickers. But we don't reveal all the secrets. Otherwise, what kind of surprise is this then?

Why Snail Tale?

When it came time for the project to get its name, the expression snail mail immediately came to my mind.
I found the snail metaphor very telling. So I decided to play with the words. I ended up with the idea of my clients waiting impatiently for the next story. An envelope, on the other hand, needs time to travel leisurely, like a snail.

That's how the name Snail Tale came about.
