Ingredients:

2 glasses of warm water (400 ml)
5.5 cups all-purpose flour (630 g)
1.5 teaspoons of salt (7 g)

For internal mortar:
2 potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt (3 g)
1 teaspoon black pepper (3 g)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
To Grease the Dough:
150 g butter

For the above:
1 egg yolk
