Three-Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1kg carrots, make dem strips
Green beans
1/2 Onion
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon surpreme
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons seven colour spice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 tablespoons tomatoe sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Boil carrots n green beans for 15mins ...drain water n put it's aside
2. Heat oil n fry onions,add supreme,paprika,origano,seven colour spice and salt n pepper for taste "let's it cool"
3.add carrots ,green beans , kidney bean and chickpeas
4. Lastly add tomatoe sauce n sweet chilli

In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas and kidney beans.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
3. Pour the dressing over the beans and toss to coat.
4. Stir in the chopped olives, artichoke hearts, and crumbled feta cheese.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

NB: Instead of white butter beans, I used chickpeas

This salad is perfect for a braai and can be served at room temperature.

Chicken Biriyani Recipe

Ingredients
rice
Chicken peace's "I used chicken drummets"
Onion
Robot pepper
Tomato paste
Seven colour spice
Ginger n Garlic
Fresh Coriander
Lemon n herb
Chicken stock
Curry paste
Lentils

Turmeric powder
Masala

Briyan mix
Cinnamon
Origano
Oil
Salt

Method

Take a bowl, add rice and water.
Soak for half an hour.
Then wash the soaked rice two to three times,
set aside after draining.
Heat oil in a pan ....Add the chopped onion ,pepper and saute them well

Then add all ur ingredients for chicken curry,add pieces and Pour a sufficient amount of water ,Cover and cook them well.
Then crush the green chilli and add ur soaked rice wt lentils
Once it is well cooked Then add origano for taste n seven colour spice then u r done🤗

Pancakes Recipe
* 2 Cups Flour
* 2 large Eggs
*2 Teaspoons of baking powder
* 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
* 2 Cups Fresh milk
* 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
* 2 Tblsp melted butter
* Golden Syrup for garnish

1. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Add milk, egg n vanilla essence ,whisk until smooth.
3. Set batter aside.
4. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Wipe pan with damp paper towel.
6. Scoop ⅓ cup batter per pancake.
7. Cook until bubbles appear on surface (2 to 3 minutes).

Garnish with Honey n fruit of ur choice 🥰
