The weekend was a blast, three days of bbq fun in fargo! The Fargo Elks #260 managed by Northwoods own Kenny Evanson put together a spectacular event with his brother Shawn Evanson helping him out , they are definitely a great team. Friday was a wet rainy day but the crowd was steady most of the day, it's a foodie thing in fargo they say, lol. Saturday we were set up next fellow northwoodians Jason and Cherie Korsmo owners of north brew coffee trailer, they are masters of hydration for sure and an amazing rig to be next to! It was a double down complete sellout day Saturday luckily we had a runner to keep us stocked up. And Sunday was another stellar day for only being 3 hrs!
Not only do I want to thank all of our customers in fargo, but also our team at Ma and Pa's bbq they are Amazing, thank you so much for your hard work! A few pictures set to us courtesy of the north brew coffee crew!

Lunch is ready at Ma and Pas BBQ at the Fargo Food Truck Festival at Elks Lodge. We are featuring our fabulous Ribs and a Sunday dinner 🍲 g delicious BBQ meat, smoked corn and BBQ beans. Come check it out from 12:00- 3:00 PM.

It's hard to believe old fashioned Saturday is here already. .The cooker is smoking ready and steady with ribs, bbq meatballs, pulled pork, burgers, hotdogs, burnt ends and bologna rings! We hope to see and feed everyone see ya soon! Updates to follow! We will be set up south of the Hut bar along main street!

What are burnt ends? They are delicious pieces of pork loin in bbq sauce. We have them right now at the Northwood Food festival.

We are open for business in Northwood for Old Fashioned Saturday with all of your Barbeque favorites! We will be next to Hut until about 2:00. We will then be moving to the Derby and should be re-opening about 3:00 PM. Excited to see everyone. Menu is below.

It was a fabulous day at the Aneta Turkey BBQ yesterday! Thank you everyone we saw and enjoyed some delicious Ma and Pas BBQ!

Next Saturday we will be in Mayville at the Shrine Football game serving from 2:00 - 8:00 PM. See you there!

Ma and Pa’s BBQ will be kicking off the 2023 season this Tuesday, January 17th at the Hut Bar.

Rib Night service will start at 6:00PM.

Please pre-order by calling/text at 218-791-1461 or message by Noon on Tuesday.

Ribs will be sold by the rack at $25 each Family sized sides will also be available at $10 each.

We are also offering $30 meals with a rack and 2 small sides.
