Hello everyone! As a few of you know that life has been pretty crazy for the Galvez Family these last 2 years. My wife Monique suffered a heart attack at the age of 47.
Forcing her to retire early from work. 4 weeks ago, she was placed on the heart and kidney transplant list. 1 day later, we got the call that there was a donor! Monique is now at home with our kids and recovering.
My life has always been an open book. My wife is the complete opposite. She very sweet, quiet and very, very private. So the idea of a go fund me for her was most likely not going to happen.
Our friends "The Barton" family set one up for us. And to my surprise Monique was really good with it! After I saw the medical bills, I understood completely!
I want to thank Bethany, Mike and Leo Barton for doing this for us. You are amazing people and we appreciate you so much!
Thank you to everyone who has donated to us, who sent us messages of support, prayers and just all the love we have received. We are so appreciative of all of you and we don't have the words to express what this means to us.
The store is in great hands! I have a wonderful team running it. I will be in, here and there for the next couple of months. Wednesdays for sure! Im also just a phone call/ DM away. I got to be at home taking care of the wife and spending time with the kids!
