This was the line to the booth All night!
Over 700 prints in just under 5 hours..a night was definately had! 💃🕺

Story Time
I met Jordyn at a previous event; she came up to me and said she was getting married and wanted to book us. Fast-forward to months later..it's the "Big Day." I get up in the morning and do a test run (as I do before every event.) Everything is working fine..the work flow is doing its thing and prints are coming out perfectly. We get there early to set-up. My computer crashes 🥴
I'm calling tech support and trying to be as calm as possible; they can't help me w/o being on-site and advise me to find a computer repair service. Ricky is googling. I'm calling everyone I know with tech knowledge. Meanwhile the couple is exchanging vowels in the background. 1hr. later and still no solution in sight. I'm distraught. I let the bride know that I have to issue her a refund. She was so understanding and gracious. I go back to our area. Ricky has found a YouTube video~~ follows the instructions. Boom- there's a fix, but it would take 20- 40 mins. We were to begin at 4:30..it's now almost 6:00. The fix is still doing its thing ~《that dreaded blue circle is still going round and round.》
Guests were asking if the booth is ready? I inform them that we are experiencing technical issues. They can see I'm upset. They reassure me, it's out of my control to try and comfort me. All I could do is think of how we let the couple down.
Finally it's 6:45 ~ we're back on line.
The DJ announces "The Photo booth is open." Everyone cheers. We stayed until the end of the night. A time was had!

Thank you to Sam and Jordyn and their friends/family for being so understanding when they didn't have to be. There are good people in this world!
A few days later I message Jordyn about scheduling her refund..this is a little of what she said ❤

"Please know that there was no inconvenience whatsoever. There are things in this world that are a reminder that God is in control and they are there to remind us to take a deep breath.
We are so grateful for your resilience and working through the issue when it could have been so easy to pack up and leave it be.

If there's anything we would ask of you it would be to please not refund our money. You provided a great service."
