Charlotte Texas Events is now accepting applications for the Christmas in Charlotte event.
There are two ways you can apply.

Application deadline is Friday, November 8th, 2024.
All applicants should read the entire contract agreement and vendor forms before signing.
We are looking for all types of vendors: Artists, jewelers, foodies, crafters, community outreach, and more.
Vendors will need to provide their own tent/canopy. This is an outdoor only event.
Booth fees are as follows:
*10'x10' booth space $25
*10'x20' booth space $40
*Food Truck $50 + Donation
*Non- Profit booth space $Free
*Electrical outlet $10 (outlets are limited and are first come, first serve).
Payments via money order, payable to the City of Charlotte. (Application must be approved by committee before sending in payment).
Christmas in Charlotte will be Saturday, December 14. 2pm-12am. Davenport Park, Charlotte, Texas.
Vendor set-up starts at 11am, ready to sell by 2pm. Clean up starts at 10pm, finished by 12am.
