It's that time of the year friends and family gatherings and company parties. Don't feel like cooking these Holidays? Call me or message me - I'll do the cooking for you! 100% smoked meats (turkey, brisket, ribs, pork butt, or sausage) or traditional Carne Asada , Pan de Campo and Charro beans. Order in advance! Meats are smoked over 15 hours!
