During the month of April, we featured a cookie menu with a variety of flavors and textures. Specifically, we offered a coconut macaroon in multiple flavors which included a traditional vegan version, and flavored varieties including Ube, passion fruit and Coquito. Happy to see that the clients enjoyed them and provided some feedback.

The Taste of Marietta 2025 is in the books. What a great experience! Special shout out to Chef Raul Thomas of RT Hospitality Group and the City of Marietta for the invitation to present a dessert demonstration on the Publix Chef Stage on Sunday, April 27th. Had an amazing time creating two (2) recipes and interacting with audience. Thanks to culinary team of Chef Mimi Bates and junior chefs Lauren and Cameron for their assistance in preparing and serving samples for audience.

Also great to see some long time friends and supporters in the audience - Edwenna Morales-Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez, Joseph Franklin, Jessica Jenkins, Chef Arthur Hebert, Yvette Thomas, Jose & Sara. Primed and ready for next adventure.

Spending some Saturday time at the Family Fun Health Fair in Decatur, GA sponsored by the Live Healthy and Thrive Youth Foundation, Inc. with founder . Celebrating with other vendors and medical groups . . Chef demo with and yoga, Zumba and networking. DJ was rocking the tunes and keeping our spirits high.

What an exciting time was had yesterday at the Taste of Marietta. Long time friend and Chef Raul Thomas was an amazing host at the Chef Stage, and we were able to share some of our culinary expertise and interests with the crowd and staff.

We prepared and served two dishes - Glazed Blueberry Lavender Biscuit with Whipped Cream & fresh berries, and an easy homemade ice cream. Will post pics and recipes soon. Thanks to all of the attendees as well as my friends and fellow culinarians who came out to support. Taste of Marietta
