Hello there 🌼🌻✨️ I have teamed up with The Stove Sauna at the amazing Ballyscanlon Lake in Waterford to bring a mini retreat with all of the trimmings!

We have curated an experience for an intimate group of 12 to relax, restore and renew with myself and mother nature (she's unreal isn't she lol)

Think movement, dance, sauna, seaweed baths, lake swimming (all optional of course), breathwork, meditation, woodland grounding and walks and of course some tasty treats, fresh juice, tea, coffee etc!

My page here has been quite as I have been focusing on training and personal development with Entheos Ireland at City Sanctuary and Trusting and allowing my services to grow organically 🙏

I had the absolute pleasure of officiating @divine.fitness6358 and Kierans wedding at the @themillatballydugan where the attention to detail and love poured into this celebration was sensational! . My co ceromonialist @ashley_woodmedic held the Jump the Broom ritual after we did the signing. Yes, the bride and her team have brooms as bouquets 💐 and then the flashmob moment happened to close the ceremony where we danced to this amazing song by I remember seeing this dance on YouTube years ago by and was hypnotised, so it was an amazing experience to dance with this bunch of beautiful people. .
