Hello there 🌼🌻✨️ I have teamed up with The Stove Sauna at the amazing Ballyscanlon Lake in Waterford to bring a mini retreat with all of the trimmings!

We have curated an experience for an intimate group of 12 to relax, restore and renew with myself and mother nature (she's unreal isn't she lol)

Think movement, dance, sauna, seaweed baths, lake swimming (all optional of course), breathwork, meditation, woodland grounding and walks and of course some tasty treats, fresh juice, tea, coffee etc!

My page here has been quite as I have been focusing on training and personal development with Entheos Ireland at City Sanctuary and Trusting and allowing my services to grow organically 🙏
