Come join me Sinéad aka Bonnie, in a wellbeing session focusing on Breathwork and bodywork followed by a meditation.
The breathwork will be gentle and relaxing, and the bodywork will allow us to tap into our senses to move and breathe intuitively and in harmony with your own pace and energy!

There is so much to share on this wedding and gorgeous celebration. From a Viking Village with a meade ceremony and axe throwing to a full on Dance show Extravaganza. It was magical ✨️

Hello there 🌼🌻✨️ I have teamed up with The Stove Sauna at the amazing Ballyscanlon Lake in Waterford to bring a mini retreat with all of the trimmings!

We have curated an experience for an intimate group of 12 to relax, restore and renew with myself and mother nature (she's unreal isn't she lol)

Think movement, dance, sauna, seaweed baths, lake swimming (all optional of course), breathwork, meditation, woodland grounding and walks and of course some tasty treats, fresh juice, tea, coffee etc!

It was an absolute pleasure to be your Celebrant and in such a wonderful location. The energy was perfect along with the weather. I felt so at home and welcomed by all of your loved ones and you could see and feel all of the love they were radiating for you all along with Juliette and Daisy 🌼
