Since Facebook doesn't give an about section, just wanted to say a little about where we came from and where we are going. I have been smoking and catering for family and friends for 19 years on a pit built by Billy Dunn, Jerry Howell and my grandpa Wilford Ray Sisk. In all of that time, I have smoked just about everything except m**h. They used an Ashley wood burning stove as the firebox which once was used in my great grandparent's home so the smoker is pretty special to me. We will only be catering one event per weekend to ensure the smallest details are met. I generally use a combination of seasoned Pecan and Oak firewood and only use Prime beef. I custom make my sauces and Beverly only uses the best ingredients in the sides. We do not use canned or boxed anything. I will not even buy pre-shreaded vegetables for my coleslaw.
Ultimately we decided that we have fun and take pride in our results and wanted to share the product with others and hopefully make lifelong customers and friends. You may find a lower price but you will not find better quality or service.
