A Pup Sized Brisket 🐶

After finding a whole brisket that was 2.5kg I decided to try a little experiment by trying to smoke it in the Weber GA.

Surprisingly it came out ok, the fat was well rendered and the bark was decent considering the airflow.

Low and slow BBQ used to be cheap, it still can be if you adapt.

It’s been a while in the works but Good Boi has picked up from the Coffs Coast and headed to the NT.
It’s always hard to leave a place where I started out and grew my business. The Coffs Coast community have been so welcoming and supportive over the last 2 years, they have made Good Boi what it is today.
For now, I’ll be expanding my smoking and grilling repertoire in Darwin and beyond, pursuing more events and markets and gaining more knowledge on technique and style.

To the Coffs Coast, I’ll be back one day to bring a whole new experience to the table.
