All are invited to join us at The Gate as we put the Top 12 nominees through their paces in two rounds, testing their knowledge, speed and cleanliness. The overall winner takes the glory and a WSET Level 2 course, courtesy of Mangrove UK.

The Ultimate Hospo Quiz:
We will test the Rising Stars with some fiendish hospitality questions.
The twist? Each competitor can bring a of maximum of three others to assist them.
